The Ministry of Regional Development (MRD), on 07 and 08 August 2026, held a two-day workshop regarding the process of reviewing, amending and supplementing Regulation No. 02/2024 on Internal Organization and Systematization of Jobs in the Ministry of Regional Development.
The workshop was opened by the Acting Secretary General of MRD, Mr. Ylber Çitaku, who greeted the members of the working group and wished them good work and success in achieving the objectives of the workshop. Mr. Çitaku emphasized the importance of the commitment and contribution of the working group in advancing the internal organization and adapting the organizational structure to the functional needs of the Ministry.
The purpose of the workshop was to present, review and discuss proposals for amending and supplementing Regulation No. 02/2024, with the aim of advancing the organizational structure, harmonizing the systematization of jobs and increasing institutional efficiency and functionality.
During the two working days, the participants analysed the current organizational structure, identified the needs for changes and reviewed proposals for the systematization of jobs and the functions of organizational units. Further, proposals for changes in the organizational structure were discussed and positions on further steps were harmonized.
At the end of the workshop, the final conclusions and recommendations were presented, which will serve to finalize the proposals for amending and supplementing the Regulation and further advancing the internal organization of the Ministry of Regional Development.
