2025, the Acting Secretary General of the Ministry, Ms. Refike Sülçevsi, hosted the Rector of "Haxhi Zeka" University, Prof. Dr. Armand Krasniqi, as well as representatives of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship – NOVA.
The meeting was held within the framework of the implementation of the memorandum of cooperation, signed in 2023 between the MRD and "Haxhi Zeka" University.
The purpose of the meeting was to address opportunities for deepening cooperation in the field of innovation, regional development and support for student entrepreneurial initiatives.
The MRD emphasized its readiness to support efforts that promote socio-economic development and innovation in the regions.
University representatives presented the activities and potential of the “NOVA” Center and invited the MRD to participate in the upcoming conference on the topic: “The role of the state institution, with special emphasis on municipalities.”
The Ministry values cooperation with academic institutions and remains committed to creating new opportunities for innovation and development.
