From 12 to 14 December 2025, the Ministry of Regional Development held the annual workshop with the aim of presenting the achievements and challenges of 2025, as well as drafting the Institutional Plan for 2026.
On this occasion, the Acting Minister Mr Fikrim Damka expressed his gratitude towards all the employees of the Ministry for the cooperation and high commitment shown during 2025. He emphasized that the results achieved are thanks to the commitment of the MRD's staff in the implementation of developmental projects, regional initiatives and various collaborations, aiming at sustainable and balanced development in all regions of the country.
During the workshop, Ms. Refike Sülçevsi, Acting Secretary General of the MRD, presented the achievements and challenges in fulfilling the work plan for 2025. Furthermore, the reports from all departments and divisions of the Ministry and the draft Institutional Plan for 2026 were also presented.
Within the discussions, the conclusions and recommendations arising during the workshop were reviewed, as well as their finalization and implementation according to the priorities and deadlines set.
The workshop completed with general conclusions on the achievements of 2025 and recommendations for 2026.
This workshop was attended by: Acting Minister Mr Fikrim Damka, Acting Deputy Minister Mr Ali Tafarshiku, Acting Secretary General Ms Refike Sülçevsi, departments' directors, divisions' heads and other officials of the Ministry of Regional Development.
