On March 28, 2025, Ms. Refike Sulcevsi - Director of the Department for Policy Coordination and European Integration at the MRD, together with her staff, were received in a meeting by Mr. Fisnik Reqica - Director of the Kosovo Office, with his associates to discuss cooperation opportunities in support of regional economic development and support of municipalities and businesses.

The representative of the “SwissContact” project in Kosovo, Mr. Fisnik Reqica, presented the projects that support municipalities and businesses in the field of tourism and employment growth, being implemented in Kosovo through PPSE and Fego. On the other hand, Ms. Refike Sulcevsi explained the programs of the Ministry for Balanced Regional Development in support of municipalities, businesses and NGOs.

The parties agreed to continue communication and look at cooperation opportunities regarding the implementation of activities that have a joint economic impact on municipalities and businesses.

The meeting was attended by Ms. Refike Sulcevsi - Director of the DPCEI at the MRD, Mr. Arbnor Sadiku - Head of the Division for European Integration, as well as Ms. Alma Ademi, European Integration Officer.
