Today, June 19, 2025, within the framework of the Balanced Regional Development Programme (BRDP) 2025–2027, Measure 1 (Phase 1), the Regional Development Ministry and the Municipality of Gjakova signed the cooperation agreement for the implementation of the project "Renovation of the 'Bus Station' NPL facility in Gjakova - Phase II".

The agreement was signed by the acting Deputy Minister of Regional Development, Mr. Ali Tafarshiku, and the Mayor of Gjakova, Mr. Ardian Gjini.

The BRDP 2025–2027 programme aims to improve basic infrastructure and provide support for projects with a sustainable impact on socio-economic development at the local level.

The investment in the renovation of the bus station facility is expected to contribute to the modernization of municipal infrastructure and improved services for the citizens of Gjakova.
