On the occasion of the International Public Service Day, on 19 June 2026, a solemn ceremony of awarding recognition to distinguished officials of public institutions of the Republic of Kosovo was organized.
The event was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, as well as the Minister of the Ministry for Regional Development, Rasim Demiri.
One of the most special moments of the ceremony was the award of the Certificate of Recognition to Ms. Emine Hoti, Head of the Human Resources Management Unit at the Ministry of Regional Development, who was recognized for her dedication, professionalism and continuous contribution to the advancement of public service and the achievement of institutional objectives.
The Certificate of Recognition was awarded to her by Prime Minister Kurti, as a sign of appreciation for the results achieved and her exemplary commitment in the exercise of official duties.
The Ministry of Regional Development considers this appreciation a testament to the professionalism and quality of its staff, as well as a motivation to continue working with integrity, responsibility and dedication in service of citizens.
The ceremony was also attended by the Acting Secretary General of the Ministry of Regional Development, Mr. Ylber Çitaku, who congratulated Ms. Hoti on this important achievement and expressed his gratitude for her contribution to strengthening the institutional capacities of the Ministry.
