Department of Finance and General Services
Duties and responsibilities of the Department of Finance and General Services are:
- Manages and maintains information on human resources of the ministry,assists management in internal organization, provides administrative support, translation, logistics, and information technology services;
- Ensures the implementation of procedures for the selection and employment of qualified personnel, in accordance with the legislation in force;
- Coordinates the preparation, implementation, reporting and evaluation of the Ministry's budget;
- Coordinates the timely implementation of the Ministry's financial obligations;
- It supports IT equipment and IT services;
- Manage the archive system and internal documents of the ministry;
- Provides logistical services for the ministry.
- The Head of the Department of Finance and General Services shall report to the Secretary-General.
- The following Divisions are part of this Department:
- Division of Human Resources;
- Division for Budget and Finance;
- IT Division and Logistics Services.
- The number of employees in the Department of Finance and General Services is eight (8).
The Director of the Department of Finance and General Services reports to the Secretary General.
