Division for Budget and Finance
Duties of the Division for Budget and Finance are:
- Prepares budget proposals;
- Coordinates budget issues for all organizational structures of the ministry;
- Pursues and reports on the budget process;
- Ensures that financial expenses are made in accordance with budget rules and procedures;
- Manages the cash reserves and ensures that the internal financial control is based on the principles of accountability;
- Ensures close cooperation with the internal and external auditor in the preparation of the audit and budget financial statements.
- The Head of the Budget and Finance Division reports to the Secretary-General in the operational aspect, while to the Head of the Department of Finance and General Services, in the administrative aspect.
- The number of employees in the Division of Budget and Finance is three (3).
The Head of the Budget and Finance Division reports to the Secretary General, in operational terms, while to the Director of the Department of Finance and General Services, in administrative terms.
