The Ministry of Regional Development (MRD) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in the continuation of cooperation in the field of advancing balanced regional socio-economic development, have completed the business support activity "Training -Financial and Accounting Management”. The training was held online from 18.01.2021 to 29.01.2021, which was organized in two (2) groups due to the great interest for participation from businesses. This activity derives from the cooperation agreement: MRD - EBRD, for carrying out activities to support MFA beneficiary businesses, but also other micro and small businesses in Kosovo.

The ceremony was opened by the Minister of Regional Development, Mr Enis Kervan, who congratulated the participants for the results achieved and wished them continued success in the efficient management of their businesses.  

Minister Kervan stressed that the purpose of organizing this training was to support businesses in terms of capacity building of their staff, in the field of efficient financial, accounting, human and economic resources management. Minister Kervan wished that participation in this activity and its successful completion will serve businesses to be even more successful in business management and be more competitive in the market. In the conclusion of his speech, Minister Kervan stressed that MRD and EBRD will continue with the implementation of other activities to support businesses related to the continuous increase of their capacity and resources. Therefore, he invited all participants in this ceremony and all businesses to visit the website of MRD and EBRD to see other future activities.

In the end, certificates were distributed to 40 (forty) businesses which successfully completed the training.
