Today on 03.02.2021, the MRD and the Kosovo -Turkey Chamber of Commerce, held a meeting for the preparation of the Action Plan regarding the implementation of the Memorandum of Cooperation, signed between the parties on 27.01.2021.

The meeting was attended by: Blerim Hasani, Director of the Department of Socio-Economic Planning and Analysis (MRD); Esin Muzbeg, General Secretary of the Kosovo Turkish-Turkey Chamber of Commerce; Bynjamin Karabeg - Intern in MRD and Bern representative from KTCC.

In the meeting, the parties discussed the joint activities that they will carry out in the future, the deadlines for their implementation, the appointment of responsible officials, etc. All these tasks and responsibilities, the parties agreed to include in the Joint Action Plan for the following period. Some of the activities that will be carried out by the parties in the future, are: organizing and supporting the participation of Kosovar businesses in the fairs that will be held in Turkey, organizing and supporting future interns / young people, in businesses that are members of the Chamber and businesses benefiting from MRD, organizing roundtables and conferences with Kosovar businesses in Kosovo, as well as organizing visits of Turkish businesses in Kosovo and Kosovar businesses in Turkey.

The parties agreed that within February 2021, to meet again and finalize the Action Plan, as well as to start immediately with the implementation of the activities for which they have agreed.
