Following the meetings between MRD and UNICEF, on 03.02.2021 Mr. Besim Kamberaj - Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Regional Development hosted in a meeting the representatives of UNICEF, the main topic was future cooperation and the implementation of the Action Plan between the Ministry of Regional Development and the UNICEF office in Kosovo, which aims to create employment opportunities for young people in the country.

Mr. Besim Kamberaj - Deputy Secretary General of MRD thanked the representatives from UNICEF, on which occasion he emphasized that the implementation of the Action Plan between the Ministry of Regional Development and the UNICEF Office in Kosovo will create employment opportunities for young people, also expressed the readiness that the Ministry is ready to cooperate on this issue which will significantly affect the regional socio-economic development in the country.

The representative of the UNICEF Office in Kosovo, Mr. Dren Rexha, explained the details of the activities and programs that are being implemented by the UNICEF Office in Kosovo.

Both parties agreed to start this week with the implementation of the "Action Plan" with the objectives and activities of cooperation between the MRD and the UNICEF Office in Kosovo.

The meeting was attended by: Mr. Besim Kamberaj - Deputy Secretary General of MRD, Mr. Arbnor Sadiku - Head of the European Integration Division, UNICEF representatives Mr. Dren Rexha and Mr. Laurat Raca.
