On 11.03.2021, Mr Besim Kamberaj, Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Regional Development, participated in the video conference on "Promotion of Regional Development Strategy 2020-2030", where, among others, he presented the objectives of the Regional Development Strategy 2020-2030, as well as the possibilities for future cooperation with RDAs and municipalities.

Representatives of  RDAs explained and discussed regarding the advancement of further cooperation between MRD and RDAs, based on this Strategy, and asked the MRD to increase the Regional Development Fund in the future.

Both sides agreed to find possibilities for cooperation regarding the implementation of activities that have a joint economic impact in municipalities, as well as to cooperate in terms of promoting the document "Regional Development Strategy 2020-2030" in the five development regions of Kosovo. The video conference organized by MARD was attended by: Mr Besim Kamberaj - Deputy Secretary General of MARD, Mr Ylber Çitaku - Deputy Director of Regional Development, Mr Arbnor Sadiku - Head of the Division for European Integration, as well as representatives from the five Regional Development Agencies (RDAs): Mrs Mrika Macula, Mr Agim Zeka, as well as Mr Nderim Bytyçi
