Today, on 13 April 2021, the Minister of Regional Development, Mr. Fikrim Damka, visited the municipality of Prizren, a beneficiary municipality within the Regional Development Program RDP 2021 for capital investment projects.

Minister Damka and the mayor of Prizren, Mr. Mytaher Haskuka highly praised the joint projects:

• Place - Receptions (stations) very functional

• Pumptruck (bicycle path) provides an important attraction of Cultural Tourism

Projects financed by MED and co-financed by the Municipality of Prizren.

Minister Damka stressed that the Ministry of Regional Development assessed the projects as appropriate which will pave the way for local development, tourism development, creation of more favourable conditions for entertainment and sports development, as well as better conditions for the citizens of the municipality.

The mayor of Prizren, Mr. Mytaher Haskuka thanked the Minister of Regional Development for the support and pledged to implement projects with dedication in order to improve the quality of services to citizens.

Minister Mr. Damka paid a visit to the municipality in question together with Mr. Besim Kamberaj - Deputy Secretary General of MRD as well as representatives from the cabinet and civil staff of MRD.
