Today on 15.07.2021, the Minister of the Ministry of Regional Development, Mr. Fikrim Damka, hosted in a meeting Ms. Krenare Sogojeva Dermaku- Commissioner in the Information and Privacy Agency, thus expressing readiness for cooperation between MRD and the Information and Privacy Agency (IPA).

The purpose of the meeting was to share detailed information from the IPA about the legal obligations and responsibilities that each public institution has in the implementation of the Law on Access to Public Documents and the Law on Personal Data Protection.

Minister, Mr. Damka stressed that the Ministry of Regional Development is ready for cooperation with IPA and will be transparent in relation to the public.

Part of this meeting was: Mr. Besim Kamberaj, Deputy Secretary General of MRD, as well as representatives from IPA, Mr. Jeton Arifi and Ms. Loreta Salihu.
