On 11.10.2021, the Ministry of Regional Development held a video conference with the officials of the Joint Secretariat, Mr Arbnor Sadiku, Deputy Director of the Department for Policy Coordination and European Integration in MRD, and emphasized that the Ministry of Regional Development (MRD), in the course of its work, is interested in getting acquainted with the work of the "Danube Transnational Programme", for

the fact that in the future Kosovo also aims to be part of transnational programmes.

From the Joint Secretariat of this programme, the Head of the Secretariat of the Transnational Danube Programme, Mrs Ene Simone, with collaborators presented the whole programme with the main processes for the participants in the virtual meeting, while the other official presented in detail on how the Danube Programme works, as follows:

1. Presentation of DANUBE Programme, Monitoring Committee, Programme Implementation, best practices;

2. Calls for Project Proposals (call documents, call modalities, project creation);

3. Implementation of the DANUBE Programme (implementation modalities);

The meeting was attended by: Mrs Viendita Avdiu Musliu, Deputy Director of the Department for Planning and Socio - Economic Regional Analysis, as well as Mrs Gresa Gashi, senior official in MRD, as well as other representatives from the "Danube Transnational Programme".
