On the occasion of 28 November, Flag Day, the Municipality of Gjilan and the Ministry of Regional Development, inaugurate the Market and the Park in the village of Zhegra, a project built in co-financing between MRD and the Municipality of Gjilan, by the Regional Development Program (RDP).

The inauguration was done by the Deputy Mayor of Gjilan, Arbër Ismaili, the Director of Economic Development, Valbona Tahiri, and the Deputy Director of the Department for Regional Development from MRD, Ylber Çitaku.

In addition to the officials of MRD and of the Municipality of Gjilan, present at this ceremony were the residents of Zhegra, and the representative of the village, Mr Muhadin Haziri, who, on behalf of the farmers of the village, spoke about the improvement of conditions and facilities that this project has created, and thanked the Ministry of Regional Development and the Municipality of Gjilan for financing this project. Mr Haziri, in a very friendly way, appealed for the assistance to be continued in order to complete the infrastructure around the Market and the Park in Zhegra.

Symbolically, this project was transferred to the Chief Executive Officer of the Local Public Enterprise "Tregu", Mr Avdyl Jerliu.
