In the virtual meeting held today on 30/11/2021 by MARD and GIZ participated: Deputy Director for policy coordination and European integration of MARD Mr. Arbnor Sadiku. Whereas, from GIZ, participants were: Mr. Jeton Oruçi, as well as Mrs. Vjollca Behluli, representative of the GIZ organization and the expert engaged by GIZ.

Representatives from both relevant institutions discussed the topics that should be mainly addressed in the near future regarding the establishment of mechanisms for monitoring the Regional Development Strategy 2020-2030, as well as the activities planned for this period. The topics discussed were: Establishment of reporting and monitoring mechanisms for the "Regional Development Strategy 2020-2030" document; Establishment of WG by MRD with line ministries and other actors; Drafting a Work Plan with concrete tasks related to the continuation of work related to the establishment of reporting and monitoring mechanisms for the Regional Development Strategy 2020-2030, etc.

In the end, both parties agreed to meet very soon in the coming days regarding the discussion of opportunities for the establishment of monitoring and reporting mechanisms of the "Regional Development Strategy 2020-2030" document.
