Minister of the Ministry of Regional Development (MRD), Mr Fikrim Damka, together with the Deputy Secretary General, Mr Besim Kamberaj, attended today the regular meeting of the Internal Audit Committee with the Internal Audit Division.
 
The purpose of this meeting was to review the Strategic Plan 2022-2024 of the Internal Audit Division; to review the IAU Annual Plan 2022 and to review the last audit report for the year 2021.

Head of the Internal Audit Division in MRD, Mrs Sabajete Kabashi, presented the Strategic Plan 2022 - 2024 of IAD, the Annual Plan 2022 of IAD, the audit report entitled "Audit of Human Resources" and informed the Internal Audit Committee about the implementation of internal audit recommendations.

Together with IAC they discussed the potential risks of MRD and generally agreed that the Strategic Plan 2022–2024 and the Annual Plan 2022 of the Internal Audit Division have been professionally drafted by the Head of IAD.

Minister of MRD, Mr Fikrim Damka, and Deputy Secretary General, Mr Besim Kamberaj expressed their readiness for cooperation with IAC and IAD.
