On 20 December 2021 was held the Turkey-Kosovo Business and Investment Forum, organized by the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK), in cooperation with the Kosovo-Turkish Chamber of Commerce (KTCC), in Istanbul.

The event was attended by the Minister of Regional Development, Mr Fikrim Damka, Deputy Prime Minister, Mr Besnik Bislimi, Deputy Prime Minister, Mrs Emilija Rezhepi, and the Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade Mrs Rozeta Hajdari, as well as business representatives from Kosovo and Turkey.

The forum was attended by 50 businessmen from Kosovo, where investment opportunities in Kosovo were discussed.

In order to develop trade relations and investments between Kosovo and Turkey, which currently already has significant Turkish investments, important topics were discussed in many areas, especially in the sectors of agriculture-food, textile, renewable energy, tourism, mining and information technology.

There was a great interest for the forum, where business and investment opportunities as well as financing opportunities in Kosovo were presented.
