The second virtual meeting held on 21/12/2021 by MRD and GIZ was attended by: Deputy Director of the Department for European Integration and Policy Coordination in MRD, Mr Arbnor Sadiku. Whereas, among the participants from GIZ were: Mr Jeton Oruçi, and Mrs Vjollca Behluli, representatives of the GIZ organization as well as the legal expert engaged by GIZ.

Representatives from both relevant institutions discussed the topics that should be mainly addressed in the near future regarding the establishment of mechanisms for monitoring the Regional Development Strategy 2020-2030, as well as the activities planned for this period.

The topics discussed were: Establishment of a Working Group to establish mechanisms for monitoring the Regional Development Strategy 2020-2030; Organization of the first WG meeting in January 2022, regarding the establishment of reporting and monitoring mechanisms for the document "Regional Development Strategy 2020-2030"; Compilation of a table with data from the Action Plan of the Regional Development Strategy 2020-2030, which will serve the MRD for monitoring the Strategy in question.
