Minister of the Ministry of Regional Development, Fikrim Damka today on 18.01.2022 visited the municipality of Suhareka where he was hosted by the Mayor, Bali Muharremaj and with his staff with whom he discussed about possible cooperation in the implementation of joint projects between the municipality of Suhareka and the Ministry of Regional Development.

The topic of the meeting was the information regarding the launch of the Guarantee Scheme - Regional Development Program - Capital Projects, which aims to contribute to creating conditions for regional socio-economic development in all economic regions of Kosovo.

Minister Damka informed the Mayor and the Directors of the Directorates in details about the Scheme in question, at the same time the same were encouraged for their Municipality to apply to the MRD with concrete capital projects.

Minister Fikrim Damka during the visit was accompanied by Mr. Ercan Şilik - Advisor to the Minister, Mr. Ylber Çitaku - Deputy Director of the Directorate of Regional Development and Mrs. Arta Maloku - Head of Public Communication Division.
