Today, on 21.01.2022, Minister of the Ministry of Regional Development, Mr. Fikrim Damka, visited the municipality of Junik where he was received by the Mayor, Mr. Ruzhdi Shehu and his staff. Together, they talked about possible cooperation in the implementation of joint projects between the municipality of Junik and the Ministry of Regional Development.

The topic of the meeting was information regarding the launch of the Guarantee Scheme - Regional Development Program - Capital Projects, which aims to contribute to creating conditions for regional socio-economic development in all economic regions of Kosovo.

Minister Mr. Damka informed in detail the Mayor and the Directors of the Directorates about the Scheme in question. At the same time, the latter were encouraged to have their Municipality apply to the MRD with concrete capital projects.

During the visit, Minister Mr. Fikrim Damka was accompanied by Mr. Besim Kamberaj - Deputy Secretary General, Mr. Ercan Şilik - Advisor to the Minister, Mr. Ylber Çitaku– Deputy Director of RDD and Mrs. Arta Maloku - Head of PCD.
