Today, on 09.02.2022, the Minister of Regional Development (MRD), Mr. Fikrim Damka, held a working meeting with the Mayor of Rahovec Mr. Smajl Latifi.

The purpose of the visit was to inform and discuss project proposals that aim to contribute at creating sustainable conditions for regional economic development and promote balanced socio-economic, environmental and cultural development.

In this meeting, the Mayor, Mr. Latifi, as well as the Directors of the respective Directorates were informed about the Guarantee Scheme - Regional Development Program, at the same time they were encouraged to have their Municipality apply with projects - concrete capital proposals contributing to the regional socio-economic development.

During the visit, Minister Mr. Fikrim Damka was accompanied by Mr. Besim Kamberaj - Deputy Secretary General, Ercan Şilik - Advisor to the Minister, Mr. Ylber Çitaku - Deputy Director of RDD and Mrs. Arta Maloku - Head of PCD.
