The Minister of Regional Development, Mr. Fikrim Damka, today, on 14.02.2022, received the Ambassador of Montenegro in Kosovo, Mr. Mirsad Bibović.

In this meeting were discussed a number of topics and opportunities for cooperation between Kosovo and Montenegro, in the field of balanced regional development. Minister Damka informed the Ambassador Bibović about the organization of an international conference in the field of regional development which MRD will hold in March 2022.

During the meeting with the Ambassador, the Minister presented the work of the Ministry of Regional Development, the Law on Regional Development, Socio-economic analysis and the Strategy for Regional Development.

Ambassador Mr. Bibović welcomed and highly appreciated the plan of MRD for organizing an international conference in the field of regional development, who confirmed the participation of Montenegro in the international conference that will be organized by MRD.

The parties agreed to continue communication regarding the concretization and implementation of concrete activities in the future.​
