In the course of meetings with donors, the next meeting between the MRD and UNDP was held yesterday, on 12.07.2022, Mr.Besim Kamberaj - Deputy General Secretary of the Ministry of Regional Development with an associate hosted the UNDP representative in a meeting, where the main topic of this meeting was cooperation in the future in projects that have an impact on balanced regional economic development, including the green agenda.

Mr.Besim Kamberaj - Deputy General Secretary of the Ministry of Regional Development thanked the representatives from UNDP, in which case he emphasized that the Ministry is ready to cooperate with UNDP regarding projects that have a significant impact and impact on regional socio-economic development in the country as well as in the development of documents through the provision of expertise.

The representative of the UNDP Office in Kosovo, Mrs.Valbona Gazideda explained the details of the activities and programs that are being implemented by the UNDP Office in Kosovo and also expressed the willingness to cooperate with the MRD in the future, this cooperation is expected to be formalized soon through a cooperation agreement between the MRD and UNDP. Further, the UNDP officials presented to the MRD officials the programs that UNDP is currently implementing in Kosovo for the year 2022, such as: Urban Noma, Climate Promise Project, as well as Self-Employment Measures;
