Today, on 01.09.2022, a cooperation meeting was held between the two Institutions: MRD and UASF regarding the piloting of the SPSS system for measuring regional performance as well as the finalization of standardized questionnaires for collecting data from relevant actors.

The purpose of the meeting was to present the functionality of the SPSS system according to developing regions, for data collection and their transfer to SPSS.

Both institutions pledged to continue cooperation until the finalization and full implementation of SPSS. This system is expected to contribute to balanced regional development as an adequate system for measuring regional performance.

The meeting was attended by Mrs.Fakije Zejnullahu - Vice Chancellor for Digitization, Innovation and Information Technology, Mr.Besim Kamberaj - Deputy General Secretary at the MRD, Mr.Arton Berisha – Director of DPASER, Mrs.Vjendita Avdiu-Musliu – Head of the Division for Balanced Regional Development, Mrs.Fatmire Thaçi - Head of the Regional Socio-Economic Performance Division, Mr.Xhevat Sefaj - DPASER Official and Blinda Bytyqi - Consultant for Balanced Regional Socio-Economic Development.
