Today, on 03.10.2022, the officials of the Department for Regional Socio-Economic Planning and Analysis held an online meeting with the five (5) Regional Development Agencies RDA for the consultation of the document 'Potential cultural heritage resources for balanced regional development'.

The purpose of the meeting was to consult and advance the draft document with the Directors of RDA - regarding the integration of cultural resources in development programs of RDA that contribute to a balanced socio-economic development. The meeting also discussed the organization of a joint workshop with all relevant actors in the field of tourism, culture and heritage to advance and discuss the role of heritage in economic development.

The meeting was attended by: Vjendita Avdiu-Musliu - Head of the Division for Balanced Regional Development, Fatmire Thaçi - Head of the Division for Regional Socio-Economic Performance and Blinda Bytyqi - Consultant for Balanced Regional Socio-Economic Development as well as five Directors (5 ) from (Center, North, South, West and East).
