On 21 February 2023, in the meeting room of the UASF, a cooperation meeting was held between two institutions: MRD and UASF regarding the start of testing the SPSS system for measuring regional performance in the Republic of Kosovo.

The purpose of the meeting was to present the draft of the SPSS system according to development regions for data collection and transfer Both institutions pledged to continue cooperation until the finalization and full implementation of the SPSS. This system is expected to contribute to balanced regional development as an adequate system for measuring regional performance.

The meeting was attended by Mrs. Fakije Zejnullahu, Vice Rector for Digitization, Innovation and Information Technology, Mrs. Shyhrete Kastrati, Director of DPASER, Mrs. Fatmire Thaçi, Head of the Division for Regional Socio-Economic Performance and Mr. Xhevat Sefaj, Socio-Economic Development Officer at DPASER.
