On 20 March 2023, the Minister of Regional Development, Mr. Fikrim Damka, hosted the Director General for the Balkans and Central Europe, Ambassador İlhan Saygılı.

Minister Damka thanked Ambassador İlhan Saygılı for the commitment shown in the independence journey of the Republic of Kosovo. In this meeting, they first talked about the very good relations between the two countries.

The meeting was attended by the Minister Damka, members of his Cabinet, Director General for the Balkans and Central Europe at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, Mr. İlhan Saygıl, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey in Kosovo, Mr. Tunç Angılı.
