The Deputy Minister of Regional Development, Mr. Agon Dobruna, visited today, 28 April 2023, some businesses that had benefited from the call for the Balanced Regional Development  Program (BRDP) of the development regions Center and East.

The owner of "SWEETNESS" company, Stevan Marinkovic from the village of Dobrotin, Municipality of Graçanica, thanked the Ministry of Regional Development for the grant which, according to him, has benefited his household.

Another business visited was "Jasmina Zivkovii B.I" from the village of Budriga, which processes vegetables and manufactures vegetable products. Its owner, Ms. Jasmina, talked about the difficulties of developing a business and facing the time of the pandemic. According to her, thanks to the grant of the Ministry of Regional Development, she has managed to sell her products in the Swiss market as well.

The owner of "Decorations for weddings and parties" company from the Municipality of Partesh, Mrs. Natasa Nasic, thanked the MRD for supporting her project and talked about her work especially during the summer season when parties and weddings are more prominent.

Beneficiary "Gordana Zivkovic B.I" from the Municipality of Partesh, a business that deals with the processing of agricultural products, was the last business visited this time, the last in terms of order but not in terms of importance, as proven by the story and the gratitude extended by Ms. Jasmina to the MRD and Deputy Minister Doruna.

During the visit of the aforementioned businesses of the Serbian Community, Deputy Minister Mr. Dobruna saw their activities closely and was informed about the difficulties and requirements faced during their activity in the labor market. On this occasion, the Deputy Minister, Mr. Dobruna, emphasized that the Ministry of Regional Development is commited to create, through public calls, the best conditions for businesses in the country.

The Deputy Minister also emphasized the dedication of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo in supporting all its citizens without any distinction in the field of development of their businesses, where each one individually has his own role towards the country’s development.

Deputy Minister, Mr. Agon Dobruna, was accompanied by Mr. Yildiray Bajram, Minister's Chief of Staff, Mr. Ergin Bunbjaku, Minister's First Adviser, and Mr. Ylber Çitaku, Deputy Director of DRD.
