The Minister of Regional Development, Mr. Fikrim Damka, on 02 May 2023 hosted the first ambassador of Israel in Kosovo, Ms. Tamar Ziv, with whom he talked about the deepening of cooperation and the creation of opportunities in order to advance balanced regional socio-economic development in Kosovo

At the meeting, the Minister informed the ambassador in detail about the new development policies of this year. They also discussed the cooperation between the two countries, the activities of the Ministry of Regional Development, projects and programs, capital investments, support for businesses and society civil as well as the processes of advancing the strategic policies implemented by the Ministry of Regional Development.

Also, the minister expressed his willingness to expand these relations in the sector of balanced regional socio-economic development, through the possibility of investments, joint projects, study visits, capacity building, etc.

The parties agreed on cooperation between the two countries and on the areas in they are aimed to be strengthened to ensure balanced regional socio-economic development in Kosovo.
