On 09 June 2023, Deputy Minister Mr. Agon Dobruna, together with Deputy Secretary General. Mr. Besim Kamberaj, visited the municipality of North Mitrovica where they met with the Mayor of the Municipality, Mr. Erden Atiq and discussed the possibilities of cooperation.

Mr. Dobruan expressed his readiness to support the municipality of North Mitrovica with projects that contribute to the regional socio-economic development on behalf of the MRD.

Mr. Atiq thanked the nmMRD for the visit and readiness for cooperation.
