On 11 October 2023, the Minister of Regional Development, Mr. Fikrim Damka inaugurated the Project "Regulation of walking, cycling and public lighting paths on Ferizaj Street" in the Municipality of Shtime.

Minister Damka and the Mayor of the Municipality of Shtime, Mr. Qemajl Aliu, inaugurated the completion of the works of the project "Regulation of walking, cycling and public lighting paths on Ferizaj street", financed by MRD and co-financed by the Municipality of Shtime.

The Ministry of Regional Development is committed to support similar and new capital projects devised by the municipalities, projects that will affect the regulation of infrastructure, creation of a better environment for all and socio-economic development in general.

During the inauguration, Minister Damka was accompanied by Mr. Ylber Çitaku, Deputy Director of the DRD, Mr. Ercan Silik, Advisor to the Minister, and Mrs. Arta Maloku, Head of the DPC at the MRD.
