The Minister of Regional Development, Mr. Fikrim Damka, together with Prof. Assoc. Dr. Artan Dërmaku, Rector of "Kadri Zeka" University in Gjilan, today on 31 November 2023, signed an Agreement of Cooperation with the aim of expanding the cooperation between the two institutions as well as defining the cooperation framework in order to promote balanced regional socio-economic development in Kosovo.

Also, this Memorandum of Cooperation aims to promote a balanced regional socio-economic growth in Kosovo in accordance with the priority of the Ministry of Regional Development and the "Kadri Zeka" University in Gjilan.

The parties also agreed to coordinate activities related to the implementation of projects for regional development, in training, working groups, research, seminars, workshops and joint study visits in the fields of cooperation based on this Memorandum of Cooperation.

Minister Damka was accompanied by Mr. Besim Kamberaj, Acting Secretary General and other representatives of the Ministry.
