Within the YENI project co-financed by the Ministry of Regional Development and the Swiss Caritas Office in Kosovo, on 08 December 2023, the Eco Clubs of upper secondary schools "Hamëz Jashari" and "Anton Çeta" in cooperation with the implementing partner CEDE have developed and implemented environmental projects.

The purpose of these activities was to inaugurate the implementation of upper secondary school projects; "Hamez Jashari" and "Anton Çeta" and to promote the completed investments within the said project.

Both activities were jointly organized at the 'Anton Ceta' upper secondary school. On that occasion, a common greeting for those present, as well as the moderation was done by the director of the "Anton Çeta" school, Mr. Agron Istogu, while the presentation of the projects was made separately by the students of the Eco Clubs of the host schools.

The attendees were addressed by the manager of the YENI project from the Swiss Caritas, Mr. Bardh Xërxa, the representative from Swiss Caritas based in Lucerne, Mrs. Laurine Mouger; the representative of the MRD, Mr. Shani Hamitaga; the Director of the Directorate for Education and Culture from the Municipality of Skenderaj, Mr. Kastriot Duraku, who shared some gratitude for the contributors on behalf of the municipality of Skenderaj; as well as the Director of the NGO "CEDE", Mr. Arben Nika.

After the presentation ceremony of the activities in question, in order to inform about the sacrifice of the Jashari family in Prekaz, together with TWO representatives from the Swiss Caritas, Mrs. Laurine and Mrs. Denis, we visited the Memorial Park in Prekaz.
