The representatives from the Ministry of Regional Development, Mrs. Shyhrete Kastrati, Director of DPASER and Mrs. Blinda Bytyçi, Consultant for Socio-Economic Development, on 06 December 2023 participated in the third meeting of the Collegium for Spatial Planning in 2023, organized by the Association of Municipalities of Kosovo and supported by UN-Habitat Kosova in the framework of the Program for Comprehensive Development, was successfully completed today, with representatives from the municipalities of Kosovo.

The representatives of the Ministry of Regional Development presented the draft analysis of capital investments for 2022, along with its findings. This presentation initiated deep discussions between the municipalities and the ministry regarding the distribution of capital investment projects across regions, funds and sectors both at the local and central levels.

Representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, the Ministry of Economy, representatives from the Institute for Spatial Planning and the Director of the Municipal Directories for Urbanism and Spatial Planning participated in this meeting.
