Today, on 24.01.2024, the Deputy Minister of Regional Development, Mr. Ali Tafarshiku, as part of his official visit to Albania, held a meeting with the Mayor of Has, Mr. Miftar Dauti.

At this meeting, Mr. Tafarshiku and Mr. Dauti discussed the cooperation between the two parties, specifically the implementation of the "Common Market" project that will be built in Gjakova, as well as the ongoing projects of the works connecting the village of Dobruna with the village of Goden in Gjakova, and the project of the Goruzhub - Cahan road.

The Mayor, Mr. Dauti, also informed the Deputy Minister Mr. Tafarshiku about the project financed by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo - the construction of the "Freedom Path" project with cycling and walking trails connecting Kruma and Pashtrik.

The parties agreed on cooperation between the two countries and on the areas in which we intend to strengthen cooperation for the implementation of cross-border projects in order to advance balanced regional socio-economic development.
