The Minister of the Ministry of Regional Development, Mr. Fikrim Damka, signed on 8 February 2024a Memorandum of Understanding with the beneficiary Municipality of Shtime within the Regional Development Program RDP 2024 for capital investment projects.

The Minister of the Ministry of Regional Development, Mr. Fikrim Damka, congratulated the beneficiary municipality and wished them success in the implementation of the joint project:

- "Regulation of the open market in the city of Shtime (Phase II)

The Mayor of the Municipality of Shtime, Mr.Qemajn Aliu thanked the Minister of Regional Development for the support and promised to implement the project with dedication aiming to improve the quality of services to citizens.
