Ms. Refike Sulcevsi, Director of the Department for European Integration and Policy Coordination, together with her staff, received in a meeting on 25 April 2024, Mr. Xhelal Gashi, Technical Coordinator of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

Today’s meeting between MRD and JICA focused on the possibilities of future cooperation for capacity building of our Ministry’s staff through training opportunities in several fields currently offered by JICA in Kosovo.

This initiative is expected to materialize in the coming months after determining the training needs of the staff. In this case, MRD officials can benefit from the training offered by JICA, while the Ministry can benefit from expertise through an expert in case this is related to MRD and JICA programs for a certain project.
