On 29.05.2024, the Minister of Regional Development Mr. Fikrim Damka and his associates met the officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Liechtenstein where they were received by Mrs. Christine Lingg, Deputy Director of the Department for Bilateral Cooperation and European Affairs, Mr. Panagiotis Potolidis-Beck, Head of the division for economic affairs and development, and Mr. Dominic Sprenger from the Division for bilateral cooperation and European affairs. During the meeting, they discussed the hitherto cooperation for the MARDI program, which is co-financed by the Principality of Liechtenstein, and the possibility of cooperation in the future..

The Minister together with his colleagues were accompanied by the officials of the Principality of Liechtenstein to the city museum, then the meeting continued at the Financial Market Authority and the Innovation and Digitization Unit of the Financial Center where they were received by Mr. Heinz Koznet where the work of this institution and the possibilities of cooperation were presented.

Minister Mr. Fikrim Damka and his colleagues met a group of Albanian businesses living and operating in the Principality of Liechtenstein. This meeting was organized by businessman Mr. Selver Shala, where they discussed the possibility of cooperation, investments and programs offered by the Ministry of Regional Development. Minister Mr. Damka greeted those present and showed his readiness for cooperation and support.

The Minister was accompanied by Acting Secretary General Mr. Besim Kamberaj, Mrs. Refike Sulçevsi, Director of the Department for European Integration and Policy Coordination, Mr. Ylber Çitaku, Acting Director of the Department for Regional Development and advisor to the Minister, Mr. Ercan Silik.

Mrs. Sandra Ege, Director of the program for Kosovo from Caritas Switzerland, was also part of the meetings.
