On 19.09.2024, the Minister of Regional Development Mr Fikrim Damka participated in the ceremony organized by Swiss Caritas, which marked the 25th anniversary of its presence in our country.

Minister Damka, in his speech during the ceremony, thanked the general director of Caritas Switzerland, Mr Peter Lack, the deputy ambassador of Switzerland in Kosovo, Mr Christoph Fuchs, and all the participants, emphasized that the cooperation with Caritas Switzerland is an excellent example of how partnerships between the government and international organizations can have a deep and long-term impact on regional development.

Minister Damka expressed his commitment to continue cooperation with organizations such as Swiss Caritas, emphasizing the importance of coordination and harmonization of efforts to ensure equal regional socio-economic development in all regions of Kosovo.

The Ministry of Regional Development emphasized that among the most important projects carried out in cooperation with Caritas Switzerland are the YENI Project and the MARDI Project.
