Today, September 26, 2024, the Deputy Minister of Regional Development Mr Ali Tafarshiku, made a visit to the municipality of Istog. He met with several manufacturing businesses, beneficiaries of the Balanced Regional Development Program.

During the visit, the business representatives closely informed Mr Tafarshiku about the challenges they are facing in their development and in expanding their production capacity.

Mr Tafarshiku evaluated their progress and emphasized the importance of continuous institutional support for promoting regional socio-economic development and improving export opportunities.

The BRDP program has a direct impact on helping the private sector expand and penetrate international markets, including those of the European Union.

During the visit, Deputy Minister Tafarshiku was accompanied by Mr Mentor Arifaj - Deputy Minister of MIET and Mrs Arta Maloku - Head of PCD.
