On 18.10.2024, within the framework of the official visit to Turkey, the Minister of Regional Development, Mr. Fikrim Damka held a meeting with the Chairperson of TİKA, Mr. Serkan Kayalar.

During this meeting, important discussions were held about the expansion of cooperation between Turkey and Kosovo, focusing especially on the areas of regional development. At the centre of the talks were TİKA's existing and new projects in Kosovo, with special emphasis on improving infrastructure, education and preserving cultural heritage. The two sides emphasized the importance of increasing support and accelerating projects, underlining that these efforts will contribute to the long-term development of Kosovo and the strengthening of bilateral relations.

This visit marked an important step towards improving joint projects and strengthening the strategic partnership between the Ministry of Regional Development and TİKA, supporting sustainable development and mutual cooperation.
