On October 23, 2024, the Deputy Minister of Regional Development Mr. Ali Tafarshiku visited the municipality of Skenderaj, where investments are being made in Phase II for the construction of a new public nursery with a capacity for nearly 100 children.

This project is financed by the Ministry of Education and Culture in co-financing with the municipality of Skenderaj.

During the visit, Mr. Tafarshiku was informed by the Director of Economic Development, Mrs. Besarta Meha, and municipal officials about the progress of the works which are being developed with high quality and intensity.

The project in question is expected to be completed by the end of 2024, bringing significant benefits to the local community, both in preschool education and in the economic empowerment of women in the municipality of Skenderaj.
