On 05-07.03.2025, the Deputy Minister of MRD, Mr. Elldin Uglari, the Secretary General, Dr. Besim Kamberaj, and the Minister's Advisor, Mr. Ercan Silik, participated in the SYNERGY 2025 conference held in Tirana, organized by the Western Balkans Fund, which brought together ministers, mayors, civil society representatives, and experts to discuss challenges and initiatives that foster regional cooperation.

During the conference, Dr. Besim Kamberaj, Secretary General, was part of a panel discussion on "Innovative Financing Strategies for Sustainable Growth in Western Balkan Cities".
