On March 18, 2024, at the invitation of Ms. Erza Haraçia - Head of the Budget and Finance Division, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Regional Development to discuss the preparation of the Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) 2026-2028.

This meeting was attended by Mr. Besim Kamberaj - Secretary General and the leading staff of the ministry. The meeting focused on reviewing the new instructions for the preparation of the MTEF, as well as discussing the first draft of this important document for the Ministry's budgetary management for the next three years.

During the meeting, operational objectives and suggestions were proposed by the attendees for improving this process, in order to ensure the most accurate and efficient planning of expenditures for the period 2026-2028.
