Today, on 27 May 2025, the Caretaker Minister of Regional Development, Mr. Fikrim Damka, conducted a working visit to the Municipality of Hani i Elezit, where he was received by the Mayor, Mr. Mehmet Ballazhi.

The purpose of the visit was to discuss the project proposal “Development of Tourist Areas in the Villages of Pustenik, Krivenik, Seçishtë, Paldenicë and Gorancë”, a project proposed for co-funding by the MRD and the Municipality of Hani i Elezit, aiming to improve tourism infrastructure and promote the natural potential of these areas.

Following the meeting, Minister Damka and Mayor Ballazhi visited the site where project interventions are planned and were informed of the current situation and the needs of the local community.

Minister  Damka was accompanied during the visit by Deputy Minister, Mr. Elldin Uglari, Director of DRDPC, Mr. Ylber Çitaku and other associates from the MRD.
