On 29 May 2025, the Ministry of Regional Development (MRD) held a meeting with the Directors of the Regional Development Agencies (RDAs) to finalize the Guidelines and accompanying materials for Measure 2 of the 2025-2027 Balanced Regional Development Program. This measure provides financial support for micro and small-sized enterprises.

The purpose of the meeting was to finalize the relevant documents for Measure 2, including the Guidelines and supporting materials. During the meeting, the suggestions of the RDA Directors were discussed and incorporated to improve the documents, with the aim of ensuring a clear and efficient process for applicants.

Participants in the meeting included: Mr. Ylber Çitaku – Director of DRDPC, the directors of the five RDAs and other representatives from the MRD.
